- WHAT IS HYPNOSIS? -
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that is entered spontaneously every day.
There is nothing unnatural about hypnosis, there is nothing supernatural about it and the capacity for response to hypnosis is a natural human ability.
Hypnosis is a state that allow you to condition and program yourself so that your mental and emotional powers work for you and you gain a new perception that will allow you to use your creative intelligence to change your life.
The special characteristics of hypnosis give a vital advantage in the struggle against external pressures, self-doubts and inner conflicts which hold many people back and limit their progress.

It is a state of profound inner harmony that enables you to be a positive and balancing force in your environment
It possesses also an extraordinary quality of mental, physical and emotional relaxation. The body and mind move toward a balanced and self-regulating condition. The sensory awareness is heightened, and selectively focused and the habitual emotional and mental defensive responses are lessened.
Hypnosis is also a bridge to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is the seat of the emotions, imagination, memories, habits and intuition. It regulates our autonomic body functions such as the nervous system and circulatory system. It is also the part of the mind that dreams and is the very essence and core of how we experience ourselves in the world.
There are many potential benefits in harnessing the power
of the subconscious mind to affect change such as:
HELPING
overcome addictions, habits, eating disorder, insomnia, fears, phobias, procrastination, negative thoughts, emotional and behaviour patterns
RELIEVING
chronic and acute pain, reducing the need for medication and anaesthesia
IMPROVING
confidence, recall, communication, relationships, motivation, achievement, concentration, health and stress management
EMPOWERING
one’s full potential in endeavour such as work, sports, writing, performance, art, public speaking, creative expression…
We could even go so far as to say that hypnosis is
« preventive psychological medicine ».

- HOW TO START -
ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH
A PARTICULAR PROBLEM?
Much hypnotherapy is about de-hypnotizing yourselves from the limiting influences of significant negative experiences from the past. However, what has to be dealt with is not what happened in the past, but what you bring from that experience to the present.
